Tunis site moved to Bizerte (Tunisia); new plant 100% ESD. ACE bought out by BTU. 2003 Global electronic subcontracting including electronic design of boards and complete products. ISO 9001 version 2000 certification (zero nonconformity, zero comments).		2004 Opening of new office in Shenzhen (China), managed by French BSE staff member and 4 coworkers, at the heart of one of the world’s biggest electronic manufacturing centers. Goals: sales management, pin-pointing new Asian sources for components and subsystems, and tightening relations with Chinese manufacturing partners for electronics and plastic processing. New strategy : - global electronics solutions - Global IT solutions 2005 Expansion of global IT solution Sales team reshuffled with new motto: clients’ total satisfaction 2007 Further to the disaster in December, 2005, BSE reinstates a new production plant completely new " high tech ".
