		1987 Birth of BSE specialising in electronic sub-contracting. Its 30 highly-skilled staff members share one goal: client satisfaction. 1992 Capital increase to € 300,000 to offer clients and suppliers a better guarantee. 1994 ISO 9002 certified. 1996 Turnover reaches € 8.4 millions. Staff figures double to reach 60. 1997 BSE creates ACE in Tunis, a joint-venture with Tunisian group TTE, specialised in the production of boards and electronic circuitry. 1998 Turnover increases to € 12.7 million thanks to loyal clients and increasing demand from new clients for integrating finished products. 1999 Capital increase to € 650,000. First large batch electronic manufacturing delocalised to Shenzhen (China). 2000 Capital increase to € 970,000. New SMC line with higher productivity and better integration of new technologies 2001 New flow soldering line and conveying system New Syteline ERP platform.		2002 Capital increase to € 1,020,000. Mechanic and electronic CAD introduced in Industrialisation department Testing department created. New company set up: BTU (Betronic Tunisia) with new shareholder from the Netherlands. Tunis site moved to Bizerte (Tunisia); new plant 100% ESD. ACE bought out by BTU. 2003 Global electronic subcontracting including electronic design of boards and complete products. Set up of partnership network for electronic design and production. New AOI, in situ and X-ray testors. ISO 9001 version 2000 certification (zero nonconformity, zero comments). 2004 Opening of new office in Shenzhen (China), managed by French BSE staff member, at the heart of one of the world’s biggest electronic manufacturing centers. Goals: sales management, pin-pointing new Asian sources for components and subsystems, and tightening relations with Chinese manufacturing partners for electronics and plastic processing.
