On October 1, 2026, Dominique takes a new step in his career by joining BSE Electronic on a permanent contract, following several years working with our teams under an ESAT-Company secondment agreement, in partnership with ESAT Le Breuil.

Over the years, through his perseverance, professionalism, dedication, and day-to-day commitment, Dominique has demonstrated his skills and earned the trust of his colleagues and the company.

This permanent contract represents much more than a change in employment status: it is recognition of his professional journey and commitment.

This milestone also reflects the values we hold dear: building trust, recognizing skills, providing opportunities, and enabling everyone to find their place within the company.

Because inclusion is built above all through actions, BSE is proud to continue this journey with Dominique.

Our sincere thanks go to Ms. Camille GARNIER MOIRET, Inclusive Pathways Coordinator at ESAT Le Breuil, for her unwavering support, which helped make this successful transition between Dominique and BSE possible.

Congratulations, Dominique, and welcome to this new professional and personal journey on a permanent contract with BSE !
